Is James Harden Suspended? James Harden Admits to Spending the Night Before Morning Practice with Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and Lil Durk.
Is James Harden Suspended?
James Harden wasn’t suspended for a COVID violation. His passion for music overshadowed his need for a restful night’s sleep.
The Sixers guard remembered a moment when he was invited to hang out with his good buddy Meek Mill, as well as Lil Baby and Lil Durk, in recent interview footage posted by Sports Center.
Harden was informed that the rappers had arrived in Houston and invited him to join them in a late-night studio session to hear their new stuff. This was a problem for the then-Rockets star, as he had a practice the next morning. Harden, on the other hand, was filled with FOMO and opted to forego his sleep in order to hear what the three were cooking up.
“They all contacted me and said, ‘Yo, we’re going to drive up to Houston,'” she said. Harden said, “Baby, Durk, Meek.” “They all arrive at the residence at 2 a.m. from Atlanta.” In the morning, I have to go to practice! They come into the studio, and I spend the entire time with them.”
“And I go straight from the class at 7:30 a.m. to practice,” he said. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for me. They’re in the studio, and I’ve got to see what these guys are going to say.”
Harden is one of the NBA players who has dabbled with rap. He has not only released his own music, but he was also the executive producer of Baby and Durk’s collaboration production The Voice of the Heroes.
He noted ahead of the album’s release, “I’ve always had a passion for basketball, and music has always gone hand in hand with it.” “It motivates me every day to be the best at what I do and to continuously strive for more.” I see the same enthusiasm in Lil Baby and Lil Durk, and I can honestly say I’m a fan.”
