Cedric McMillan, a champion American bodybuilder, has died at the age of 44, sponsors confirmed. McMillan reportedly suffered a heart attack while on a treadmill, according to fitness network Generation Iron

The champion strongman was open about suffering from Covid-19 for a long time, which caused him to have heart problems, as well as pneumonia, the network also reported.

It was not clear what heart disease the athlete was suffering from. Black Skull USA, a supplement company that sponsors Macmillan, confirmed his death on Instagram on Wednesday.

His big achievements included the 2017 Arnold Classic Ohio. It was also important because Cedric got to meet his idol and inspiration, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
